Kim’s Antiques opened in 1992 and is still driven by Kim’s love and passion that started it all. For a business that started with only two staff members in a small hired room, we have grown considerably. Kim's Antiques purchased its own premises in 2004. Our store now spans an entire corner of Currie Street, in East London.
We've filled our shop and two beautiful old wood and iron houses with the finest selection of antiques, furniture, enamel-ware, vintage signage, books, collectables and ephemera. Our stock changes frequently and boasts a large variety.
In 2007, we started selling on Bid or Buy, South Africa's foremost online auction site, under the name "Kims Antics". To date, we've maintained a 99% positive rating and sold over 3600 items...
